Job Title : Head of Internal Control & Compliance Division (ICCD).
Designation : EVP/SEVP.
Experience : Minimum 20 years of experiences in any reputed commercial Bank with at least 5 years of relevant experience in ICC.
Education : Master's in any discipline from a reputed university at home/abroad and having no 3rd division/class in academic career. Professional qualifications like, CA/ACA/ACCA/CMA/CISA/CFA will be given preference.
Requirements: Shall be responsible for conducting Internal Audits and overall function of Bank's ICC Division.
Managing external stakeholders, audit committee and the Board of Directors. Run ICC Division complying core risk management guidelines as set by Bangladesh Bank. Sound knowledge of GB/Credit/FT, Basel III and AML etc and security measures to prevent fraudulence and risk-reduction solution etc is also preferred.
