Job context:

Management trainees undergo training that will enable them to advance to management positions within an Organization. They work closely with senior personnel, learning techniques and gaining the knowledge required to run a department and Organization as well smoothly. Management trainees might be required to deliver presentation and report writing on a particular topic. Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers, often in particular fields of the organization and other specialized departments.

Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers, often in particular fields of the organization and other specialized departments.

Management trainee's task:

We are searching a reliable, organized, and competent Management trainee to join our organization. The Management trainee's responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks which may include, performing duties in different departments gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meeting and workshop, travel to other offices, providing support and suggestion for improvement. Outstanding candidates will have great leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.www.prebd.com

Management trainee responsibilities:

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations • Participating in Meetings, workshop, and other learning opportunities. • Observing and learning from experienced staff members • Gaining knowledge from Organization policy, protocols, process, and

procedure. Taking detail notes and liaising with Managers, supervisors, and other senior

staffs. • Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the

traineeship. • Following all organization regulation, safety, and code of conduct. • Preparing documents and updating records. • Learning about conflict regulation and sitting in disciplining hearing. • Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.

Educational requirements:

• Master's degree in any discipline. • Obtained at least three first class/CGPA 3.3 out of 4 or 4 out of 5 in academic

career. • Preference will be given to experienced candidates. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Word, MS excel & MS PowerPoint. • Strong leadership skill. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Willingness to work overtime if required. • Excellent time management skills.

Salary: 35000
